Can I have more than one subscription at a time?
Yes you can! You can set up a separate subscription if you wish to have different order time frames for different products, or wish to ship to multiple addresses. These will still be under a single subscription page once created, but will be separate subscriptions where you can adjust the details without affecting your other orders. So it will be just as easy to manage in one place.

Can I cancel or change an order that has already been processed?
We're unable to cancel or modify an order that has already been billed. You can always reschedule your next refill to work through what you have on hand before getting another order. If needed, you can also make further adjustments to your subscription before your next refill date.
What's Wildtype's refund policy?
All Wildtype products are covered by Wildtype 90-day Guarantee, which provides you with at minimum, a 90-day refund period. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective upon receipt, or if you are dissatisfied with the results of our products while staying within our Guarantee guidelines. Please note that we do not accept returns, and refunds are only issued if a product arrives damaged or if efficacy-related concerns are raised after using our products consistently for 10-12 weeks. Can I return or exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we do not resell any products that have left our warehouse.
