Wildtype Guarantee

Our functional tea-based supplements are protected by the Wildtype Guarantee, which provides you with a minimum 90-day refund period.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective upon receipt, or you must be dissatisfied with the product’s performance while remaining compliant with our Guarantee guidelines. Please note that we do not accept returns. Refunds will be provided if a product arrives damaged, or if efficacy-related issues are raised after trying our products consistently for 10-12 weeks.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
