Please include your order number, usage notes, and any feedback, which means you must submit your refund request within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept product returns. Refunds are issued if a product arrives damaged or if the product does not meet expectations after it has 3 week trial. This guarantee applies only to purchases made on drinkwildtype.com.

Receive Your Refund

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, shipping, and handling fees. For orders that include multiple bottles, refunds may be limited to one bottle per order. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our support team for assistance.
