1. Subscriptions

Billing & Deliveries: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring shipments based on your selected frequency and duration. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless prepaid in advance.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term unless cancelled.

Modifications & Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next upcoming shipment, please submit your cancellation before your next scheduled billing date.

How to Manage: You can manage, pause, or cancel your shipments via the account link provided in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your customer portal.
2. Pre-Orders

Payment & Fulfillment: A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is out of stock or soon-to-be-available. We may collect zero payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance at a future date when the product is ready for fulfillment.

Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled.

Post-Fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been processed and fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a refund upon delivery in accordance with our refund guidelines.
